Steve JacksonService Manager
Steve has over 25 years’ experience in both hardware and software platforms. During this time he has seen many changes to IT technology and has helped customers to adapt. He presently manages the technical and customer service teams to ensure that we meet our customers’ targets and SLA’s. He is also responsible for designing and refining our service schemes and our Managed Services.
Ian CampChief Technology Officer
Ian began his IT career in support and has delivered technical services to many of our clients for almost 20 years. “As Co-Founder and Technical Director, I devise our solutions offerings, manage technical projects, maintain engineer’s accreditations and deliver strategic consultancy services.”
Jonathan is a Co-Founder of our business with 26 years in the IT sector and a wide portfolio of experience in all sectors of IT ranging from structured cabling networks, core server implementations and bespoke support services. He maintains key accounts and drives new business by ensuring our offering of bespoke IT services are designed to meet the business needs of new and existing clients.
Kirby IngleTechnical Consultant, R&D
As well as technical support consulting and system implementation design and installations, Kirby is heavily involved in research and development and new product evaluation. He has core expertise in Microsoft and Cisco systems as well as virtualisation, networking and backup technologies. Renowned for his modesty, his technical prowess is demonstrated through his many accreditations, including MCSE MCP and Cisco CCNA.
Lotty DollmanClient Relationship Manager
A career Customer Service practitioner, Lotty has been with the team as Client Relationship Manager for 4 years. Where ever calls to the helpdesk require onsite service, Lotty co-ordinates engineer appointments. Her role prioritises making sure our team of field engineers and helpdesk staff deliver an outstanding level of customer service on a daily basis, meeting or exceeding expectations if possible.

Mike is a firm believer in our ethos that identifying customer needs is a fundamental element for the continuing success of our products and services. Mike’s experience has taught him that for us to develop the right bespoke solution to cater for present as well as future aspirations, we need to understand how each client’s business operates so that we are certain we bring together the key considerations.
